Makes 24 bites
1 roll out pie crust /1 egg / 2 packages of cream cheese/ 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch / 3 tbsp sour cream / salt & pepper to taste
Cut 2 inch circles from the pie cruse and place in the mini muffin pan
Smash some of the Cheez-its in a small bag. Add a layer of cracker to each pie
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, and cornstarch until light and fluffy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add to the mini cupcake tins. I put the mixture in a bag and cut the tip for easy fill!
